Are you ready to showcase your dance? Recitals are one of the most fun parts of the program year. Students participate and are able to dance on a big stage with lights and most important costumes. Details for the show will be sent to enrolled parents in January of each program year. Note: We are now in Virtual Recitals and Filming Dates will take place in June . Deadline: March 1st NOTE: NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON COSTUMES
Slippers Paint:
Please select the paint color that matches closest to students’ flesh and paint the entire slipper. Slipper paint can be found at your nearest Walmart. *Any brand will work as long as it matches the student’s flesh*
Recital Filming
Date: Friday & Saturday June 24th & 25th, 2022
Location: Buckman Performing Arts Theatre, 60 Perkins Extd, Memphis, TN 38117
Time: See Below Filming for Recital Tapping.
This is the date each student is expected to show to film their respective recital piece. All students should be fully dressed upon arrival. Each class will be allotted 15-20 minutes maximum to film and will exit the theatre thereafter. No one will be allowed in the theatre besides teachers, performers and filming crew. All parents, please plan to wait in cars on this date. Also please be on time. Once the filming is completed, we move to the next class piece and performers. Note: Students will not be required both days, only 1 day.
